  From the perspective of talent demand, the market’s demand for employment of workers with technical grades and professional technical titles is greater than the supply, and the recruitment ratios for technicians, engineers, senior engineers, and senior skilled personnel are 2.18, 2.17, 2.12 and 2.1 respectively. Compared with the previous quarter, the demand for senior skilled personnel has increased by 28.1%, the demand for intermediate skilled personnel has increased by 15.8%, and the demand for senior technicians has increased by 15.1%.
