These days, it is difficult to find a job. Companies are unilaterally delaying or canceling employment. Most of the explanations are'because of corona', but job-ready students confessed their stuffiness asking if corona was a universal excuse.

Mr. A, a job-ready student, applied to Maeil Dairy's'Recruitment-Linked Intern Employee' typical sales positions in February this year.

The document screening, personality and aptitude tests, and the first interview were also passed before the final interview, but due to the spread of Corona 19, the interview date was postponed a month later.

[Mr/Applicant: Because of the corona, it was difficult to schedule right now, so I even said,'I will call you in two weeks (final interview)'

The schedule was delayed for half a year, and last week, I was notified that I would eventually cancel my recruitment process.

Volunteers provoked that they had been preparing for the final interview by giving up other company interviews and part-time jobs.

[Mr. A/Applicant: I was so embarrassed that I felt like I was handling a toy. I didn't do any apology or any compensation at first, and I told you to give me a box of soup, but I don't really need

it.] It seems to be an incomprehensible part of the applicant's position.] The

company said it had no choice but to stop the hiring process due to worsening business conditions.

In some cases, even after passing the final exam, the corona may be canceled as a bill.

Mr. Mo passed the parent company in early February of this year, but was notified indefinitely three days prior to work.

The reason for this was that the new manpower's ban on entry into the workplace came down.

When I asked about 2,000 job seekers who had been notified of their job cancellation or postponement with Corona 19, 4 out of 10 responded'yes'.

Nevertheless, it was found that most of them did not respond.

Half were notified by text message, but the damage was left to the job seekers, frustrated and stressed, or missed another company's opportunity to join.
