Dubai South announced the extension of the incentive package for its customers in the business center and complex until the end of this year, with the aim of supporting companies to overcome the challenges posed by the "Covid-19" pandemic, and to ensure business continuity during the recovery period, in line with the directives of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, to support the business community in Dubai, and accelerate the pace of recovery within various sectors, to overcome the repercussions of the pandemic "Covid-19".

Through this package, companies in the business center and complex will receive a 50% discount on licensing fees, whether when setting up new companies, or when renewing existing licenses, in addition to a 50% discount on business center establishment fees. This package will be used by customers who placed their order as of July 26th.

His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, Chairman of the Dubai Civil Aviation Authority and President of Dubai Airports Corporation, said in a statement yesterday: “This extension is a continuation of the recent stimulus package announced by the Dubai government, under the directives of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, to support companies To adapt to the emerging situations, and these stimulus packages are in line with the strategic goals of (Dubai South), which aim to boost Dubai's economy, by supporting businesses, in addition to enabling new investors to enter the market. ”

His Highness added: “We are aware of our responsibilities and what we must do to provide support to our existing customers and customers who seek to establish their business in (Dubai South), especially in these exceptional circumstances the world is going through. At the same time, we understand the business community's need for support and flexible handling, with our full commitment to direct our efforts, in order to revitalize the business sector to return to its usual pace of growth.

In the interest of business continuity, Dubai South will grant companies in its free zone flexible payment plans and easy installments, in addition to exempting companies from late renewal fines and canceling contracts and licenses.

Dubai incentive packages offered by Dubai South will be subject to terms and conditions, as this step is consistent with Dubai Dubai's continuous efforts to find suitable and flexible solutions for the business community, as well as enabling all companies in their various projects.
