China News Service Client, Beijing, July 28th (Reporter Wu Tao) On the 28th, China Unicom released tips for number portability, responding to hot issues of number portability, such as whether online recharge is affected, and the caller ID will be displayed after calling Still the original operator, etc.

The tip stated that after the number portability is transferred to the network, the number of recharge channels will be limited, and users need to fully understand before making a decision.

According to reports, users can recharge through various official channels of the operator. If you recharge on a third-party phone recharge platform, it should be noted that currently only WeChat and Alipay have carried out the transformation of number portability, which can determine that the user belongs to the operator and recharge correctly. Other third-party apps currently do not support transfer users to recharge.

There is also embarrassment for users to port their numbers to the Internet. Ms. Li recently successfully handled number porting to the network. Relatives and friends around her were very curious about this. Ms. Li made a call to the other’s mobile phone in order to show her relatives and friends the results of number porting. The mobile phone will display the name of the carrier that was brought in, but I did not expect that the original carrier’s name was still displayed on the screen, which made Ms. Li very confused, and even felt that she was “fudged” by the business hall because of her failure to carry it.

China Unicom’s tip points out that after the number portability is processed, the phone of the other party may still show the original operator. In fact, the display function of the carrier's home operator has always been provided by the mobile phone's embedded software or third-party APP, not by the operator.

"The problem that Ms. Li encountered was caused by the failure of the attribution display software provider to synchronize the user's number porting data in a timely manner. At present, we have not found a suitable solution that can completely solve this problem. But you can rest assured that the display problem It will not affect the use of the number. If the number is ported successfully, the user can directly consult the operator without being confused by the display problem."

It should also be noted that the ported number has been used for fixed-mobile integration, primary and secondary cards, one card with dual numbers, one number and multiple terminals, collection (unit collection and personal collection that has signed a collection agreement in the business hall), etc. All business needs to be changed or unbound before processing.

If the number has not expired and has an agreement on the time limit of the online period, it can only be processed after cancellation, and the current month's phone bill must be paid when it is taken out.

The good news is that now it is really convenient to port numbers to the network. Even if the user does not live in the place where the number belongs for a long time, he can still handle the number porting to the network in a different place. Number porting can also be done online now.

It is understood that since the official implementation of the number portability transfer service at the end of November last year, the number of users applying for the service has increased rapidly. Up to now, the three major operators have successfully transferred 10.18 million times.

In addition, the national number portability transfer service supervision system was officially launched on July 2, providing strong technical support for proactively detecting violations. (Finish)
