Emirates Airlines announced yesterday that it will provide special price offers for citizens and residents in the Emirates to travel to the Maldives, noting that this comes after the Maldives eased travel restrictions, and does not require quarantine on tourists upon arrival, or provide evidence of a test « Covid-19 »negative.

The carrier said, in a statement, that the prices for tickets to the Maldives in the economy class start from 3625 dirhams, while the business class starts from 8925 dirhams, while first class prices start from 20 thousand and 245 dirhams.

She added that these offers are valid for bookings, which are made from yesterday, until the tenth of next August, to travel until May 31, 2021.

Customers can book a vacation program with Emirates Holidays and Accommodation, three nights at a five-star hotel, with prices starting from Dh5309.

Visitors to the Maldives enjoy its white sandy beaches, clear waters, luxurious resorts and spa treatments, in addition to exploring the picturesque marine life in some of the best diving destinations in the world.

Currently, Emirates Airlines operates five non-stop flights a week between Dubai and Mali, the capital of the Maldives, with "Boeing 777-300ER" aircraft, but as of August 9th, the number of flights will increase to six per week to meet the demand.
