"The WTO panel has released a report on the EU dumping methodologies, duties on Russian imports," RIA Novosti was quoted as saying.

The organization's arbitrators recommended that the EU bring its measures in line with the obligations under the WTO anti-dumping agreement.

Russian Minister of Economic Development Maxim Reshetnikov noted that the WTO arbitration group satisfied the key claims of the Russian side. He added that Russia is counting on the conscientious and prompt implementation of the decision by the EU.

“This will significantly improve the conditions for access of Russian goods to the EU market, eliminating the“ historical ”discrimination against Russian manufacturers during the EU anti-dumping investigations,” the minister’s press service quotes the minister.

In April 2019, it was reported that the World Trade Organization approved an arbitration panel in the dispute between Russia and the European Union in connection with the anti-dumping measure against Russian cold-rolled steel.
