Kim Myung-hwan, chairman of the KCTU, resigned. The internal backlash against the tripartite agreement was voted for and against the Democratic Union of Trade, and the leadership eventually retreated.

The result was a negative 61%.

The leadership left five months of office term and immediately resigned.

22 years, the tripartite agreement, which both unions participated in, became a bubble.

After suggesting a social consensus, it became an appearance that had been abandoned by internal conflicts.

With over 1 million members, it became the first union of trade unions this year but chose isolation.

However, as the conflict between the internal'consideration' is revealed above the surface, the possibility of prioritizing the struggle according to the sharpness competition is likely to increase tensions between labor and management.
