The most important sales of land came with a value of 24 million dirhams in the Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Gardens area, followed by a sales of 23 million dirhams in the fourth area of ​​Al Thania, then a sales of 19 million dirhams in the Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Gardens area.

"Nad Al Sheba Al-Thalitha" led the regions in terms of the number of sales, with 11 sales amounting to 27 million dirhams, followed by the sixth Habiya region with nine sales amounting to 16 million dirhams.

Two sales of the most important sales of apartments and villas in the Burj Khalifa area: the first with a value of 20 million dirhams, and the second with a value of 11 million dirhams.

"Al Laylis 2" topped the regions in terms of number of sales of apartments and villas, recording 155 sales by 140 million dirhams, followed by Al Barsha South 4, with 37 sales amounting to 26 million dirhams.
