  Dang Yingjie responded that the "Implementation Opinions" set forth requirements for the next development of the "Single Window". In recent years, China's international trade "single window" has made great progress, mainly in the following three aspects:

  First, it has basically achieved full coverage of port law enforcement services. So far, the "Single Window" has realized the system docking and information sharing with 25 port management departments, 16 basic service functions have been completed and online, and more than 600 service items can be provided. The services cover all ports and Various special areas benefit all kinds of import and export enterprises, and basically meet the needs of enterprises to handle import and export foreign trade related businesses through a platform "one-stop". It is free for enterprises to use the "single window" to declare, and the degree of inclusive services is constantly improving.

  According to Dang Yingjie, especially since this year, the General Administration of Customs has launched timely services such as statistics on the declaration of epidemic prevention materials for epidemic prevention and control, and consultation on customs clearance guarantees for donations of prevention and control materials for social groups to help enterprises prevent and control the epidemic and resume work and production.   Promote the innovation and reform of the supervision of international sailing ships, promote the sharing and multiplexing of ship transfer data, and reduce the process of ship entry data declaration from the original one hour to the shortest 5 minutes. Pilot programs for pushing customs inspection information have been carried out in some regions, which effectively improved the efficiency of customs inspection preparations. The "single window" has also realized the "one-stop" fast processing of export tax rebates, accumulatively serving more than 4,400 companies, and the tax rebate amount reached 10.4 billion yuan. Innovative and practical functions such as customs declaration form, tax form self-printing, and cargo arrival report status subscription push have been introduced to further facilitate enterprises, improve customs clearance efficiency and reduce operating costs.

  Third, expand and extend functions to trade services and gradually build a "one-stop" trade service platform. This mainly includes docking and cooperation with financial institutions, relying on the "single window" to innovate the "foreign trade + finance" model, and launching online international settlement, financing loan tariff guarantee insurance and export credit insurance services, effectively solving the financing of small, medium and micro enterprises Difficulty in financing and expensive issues, support the development of the real economy.
