The ranking shows that the top ten are marketers, couriers, restaurant waiters, security guards, cleaners, merchandise salesmen, turners, welders, marketing professionals, and packers.

Marketers ranked first for four consecutive periods

  The data for this issue comes from the recruitment and job search data in the human resources market reported by public employment service agencies in 102 designated monitoring cities across the country.

  This is the fourth time this ranking has been announced. The ranking shows that marketers have become the top shortage occupation for four consecutive periods.

  In this period, 24 new occupations entered the ranking, but the top ten occupations remained basically stable in this period. Only stevedores dropped out of the top ten, and marketing professionals entered the ninth position from the 13th in the previous period.

Both the number of recruitment needs and the number of job seekers increased

  In terms of ranking 100 occupations, the number of recruitment needs rose from 1.376 million in the first quarter to 1.489 million, an increase of 8.2%; the number of job seekers rose from 526,000 in the first quarter to 743,000, an increase of 41.3%.

  The number of gaps dropped from 850 thousand to 746,000 in the first quarter, a decrease of 12.2%; the overall job-seeking ratio (the ratio of the number of recruitment needs to the number of job applicants) dropped from 2.62 in the first quarter to 2.01, a decrease of 23.3%, and the market supply and demand relationship was significantly eased.

  According to the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, the increased activity of market supply and demand confirms the trend of accelerated recovery of the real economy from one aspect.

Occupational shortages related to epidemic prevention and control have eased

  In addition to the increasing shortage of sewing machinery assembly and debugging workers, sewing workers dropped from 12th to 19th, medical material production workers dropped from 78th to 99th, physicians, pharmaceutical preparation workers, cutting workers, etc. 3 All occupations rank outside the 100, and all have dropped significantly.

  The degree of job shortage in different industries has risen and fallen.

  Among them, the shortage of electronics-related occupations such as electrical connector manufacturer, electronic product plate maker, capacitor manufacturer, and communication system equipment manufacturer has eased.
