China News Service, Lishui, July 19 (Reporter Xi Jinyan, intern Zhu Siqi) Every summer, in Lishui, Zhejiang Province, there are endless stream of guests who come to Lishan Village to enjoy the lotus scenery and live in Shanshui B&B. Tourists rarely know that this ancient village of She nationality with a history of more than 300 years of village construction has undergone earth-shaking changes in just ten years.

The change began in 2009. With the help of the old village reconstruction and the construction of the characteristic Shezhai Village, Lishan Village demolished the dilapidated houses, built the Hui-style buildings, built the village roads and the 100-mu lotus pond, which made the old poor and ruined small village look Change the face, and then grab the rural tourism express, relying on the green water and green mountains to create Jinshan Yinshan, providing a fresh model for the villages to alleviate poverty.

"Change" from a dilapidated clay house

Lishan Village is located in Liandu District of Lishui City, which is known as "Zhejiang Green Valley". As an important birthplace of the "Two Mountains Concept", Lishui is based on the beautiful natural scenery and profound humanistic heritage, and takes the eco-tourism industry as the first strategic pillar industry, and is committed to transforming the whole area of green water and green mountains into an endless stream of Jinshan Silver. mountain.

In the midsummer season, I walked into Lishan Village. I saw the village leaning against the green hills and the clear water flowing in front. There are dozens of acres of lotus plants in the center of the village. Built around the lotus pond, it is a characteristic residential house of Lishan Village, with blue tiles and white walls, a horse's head, and the totems of the She ethnic group, such as Phoenix, painted on the wall, exuding a strong sense of She Xiang.

This picture is difficult to imagine. Just a few years ago, Lishan Village was still a poor and backward little-known village. The village was all yellow mud houses, and the cars could not be driven in. The information was blocked, the infrastructure was poor, and there were no special industries. The village has been developing for decades.

Lan Jianqing, secretary of the party branch of Lishan Village, recalled: "When demolishing old houses and building new houses in 2009, many old people did not understand and support. We started to sign from the party cadres, and each party member contacted 5 to 7 households. , Do door-to-door work and do the work step by step."

Driven by the village cadres and party members, the villagers gradually changed their minds and actively cooperated with the reconstruction of dilapidated houses. At that time, the village demolished more than 13,000 square meters of dilapidated houses. Through unified planning and construction, more than 130 new houses and more than 5,000 square meters were rebuilt. Changing the old look of the village also provides the possibility for the next step of development.

"Turn" from one poor and two white to home

After the completion of the dilapidated house renovation project in 2012, the two committees of Lishan Village began to improve the infrastructure. A series of village renovation projects, such as roads, cultural squares, She stage, corridors, flower beds, and public toilets, as well as the construction of special Shezhai villages, were successively completed. There are now two-way lanes on the asphalt road leading to Lishan Village. The street lights are bright throughout the night, and the network signals cover the entire village, achieving a counterattack from the backward mountain village to the beautiful village.

After the appearance of villages and villages was changed, Lishan Village began to push forward the development of the industry to drive the villagers to increase their income and realize the rural revitalization and sustainable development.

In 2012, Lishan Village seized the opportunity of rural tourism and signed a lease construction contract with Nianlilai Agricultural Comprehensive Development Company, which was jointly operated by the company and the villagers to create a "Poetry and Painting Lishan Farmhouse Complex" with She ethnicity.

Taking advantage of this opportunity, 62-year-old villager Lan Fuliang opened the farmhouse. He had lived a poor life, and after he opened the farmhouse, his life became prosperous. He told reporters that when he first invested more than 100,000 to open a farmhouse, he was very embarrassed. "I didn't expect to pay back in just one year, and even have surplus."

Today, the development of Lishan Farmhouse presents a thriving scene. On this basis, Lishan Village took the opportunity to upgrade the farmhouse into a characteristic bed and breakfast and explore new markets. In October 2015, the characteristic village of Lishan B&B was completed and opened, and now there are 32 homestays in the village.

At the same time, relying on rich natural and cultural resources, the scale of the rural leisure tourism industry in Lishan Village continues to expand. Collecting lotus roots, turning loach, sorrel, digging bamboo shoots, listening to Shege songs, tasting wine and other fun folk activities attracted tourists from all over the world, with an average annual reception of more than 100,000 tourists.

"In 2009, the per capita annual income of our village was only 4,585 yuan, and by the end of 2019 it had reached 29,800 yuan. The collective income of the village also broke from zero to more than 300,000 per year." Lan Jianqing said happily.

From the "outflow" of population outflows to one after another

In addition to bringing tourists, the reconstruction of the old village and the prosperity of the industry "welcome" back to the lost labor force in Lishan Village. Speaking of the previous situation in Lishan Village, Lan Jianqing said with emotion: "At that time, the resident population was only old people and children, and there were not many young people in the village."

After the old and broken houses were rebuilt, the messy environment was renovated, and the stagnant economy developed, young people chose to return to their hometowns for construction. There are now 869 people in the entire Lishan Village, of which about 600 people are resident in Lishan Village, which is much higher than other neighboring villages.

In addition to the villagers in this village, there are many foreign populations attracted to Lishan Village, Wu Xiaofang is one of them. She was originally a teacher in a university in Shanghai. At the end of 2015, the Lishui City B&B Economic Promotion Conference was held in Lishan Village. At the meeting, Wu Xiaofang and two girls met, and the three opened a bed and breakfast named "Yunshang Yiren" together in Lishan Village in 2016.

Now in Lishan Village, there are many young makers like Wu Xiaofang. They inject the wisdom and vitality of young people into Lishan Village, leading the development of Lishan Village country house and beautiful economy. (Finish)
