According to him, “as for August,” Russian companies initially built their schedules by agreement. Novak added that he “does not see a problem” so that this month there will be a proportional increase in production for all companies operating in Russia and implementing the agreement.
Novak said earlier that the implementation of the new phase of the OPEC + agreement, which involves easing restrictions on oil production since August, is fully consistent with current market trends.
