Implement the standard conditions of the waste tires and waste plastics industry, build a batch of old tire retreading, fine rubber powder preparation, recycled plastic granulation and other projects, cultivate a batch of processing and utilization leaders in Dingzhou, Hebei, Jinan, Shandong, Jiaozuo, and Pingyao, Shanxi enterprise.   Promote the industrial agglomeration and development of comprehensive utilization of resources. Guided by agglomeration, industrialization, marketization, and ecology, we will accelerate the construction of 25 industrial solid waste comprehensive utilization bases in Shanxi Shuozhou, and promote the accumulation of advantageous resource elements. Based on existing industrial parks and key enterprises, 15 renewable resource industrial parks will be built in Tianjin Ziya, Dingzhou, Hebei, Linyi, Shandong, Xuchang, Baotou, Inner Mongolia, etc., through technological transformation, product upgrade, management optimization, etc. Green parks promote collaborative innovation in technology, standards, policies and mechanisms.
