Intermarché recalls frozen chopped spinach from the distributor brand Saint Éloi .  The alert was given by the food company Ardo Gourdin in a press release published on July 10. The presence of milk, an allergen, not labeled on the packaging, prompted the supermarket chain to apply a precautionary principle.

"People with allergies to milk should not consume this product and return it to this store where it will be reimbursed," the company wrote. One kilogram packages of frozen spinach are affected. The products from lots 17 0 146 and 17 0 147 are recalled. Their date of minimum durability is 05/2022. The recall will be posted in Intermarché stores until July 27, the company statement said.

Same problem in madeleines

Carrefour brand madeleines containing traces of milk were also recalled by the brand, reports Capital . The presence of the allergen is due to a packaging error: marbled chocolate madeleines have been placed in the sachetinstead of shell madeleines .

Last Wednesday, the Oulah.fr site also relayed a recall of Leader Price and Casino brand chorizos which would contain salmonella. These bacteria can cause significant digestive problems and are a potential danger in children and vulnerable people.
