Ask for help. Don't be alone in your job search. Be accompanied by loved ones, by Pôle Emploi, by your school, by an association such as "Our neighborhoods have talent" who support young people from disadvantaged social backgrounds or like "Café of the future" who offer to help young graduates to find a first job. The important thing is not to remain isolated.

Consider going back to school. Getting back into it when you thought you were done with school can be a little frustrating. However, this crisis may be the right time to resume studies. The objective by launching you into a new training is to add a skill to your CV but also to better stick to the needs of the job market.

To take your first steps in the business world through training, without necessarily depending on your parents or making yet another loan to the bank, the work-study program can be a good solution. Think about it. This mode of learning is developing more and more, including at a master's level.

Set a course. Always have your career goal in the back of your mind. It's a course, you have to keep it. However, do not be afraid to accept a job that is less qualified or that is not quite in your chosen sector, while the storm passes. You can always take advantage of this new experience, even if it was not exactly what you imagined.
