The new Minister of Labor, Elisabeth Borne, promised Friday on Europe 1 to increase the controls aiming at sanctioning the companies which defraud or have defrauded the mechanism of partial unemployment put in place at the beginning of the crisis. "These are criminal frauds," she said.
