Mr. A invested 40 million won in 2012, following a recommendation from a financial planner in 2012.

[Mr. A/Investment Victim: I knew it as a fund. Later, it was changed to Value Invest Korea.] With

the recommendation of this person, who was the value-added recruitment plan, we also invested 20 million won in a company called BP Holdings.

[Mr. A/Investment Victim: (Financial planner) In the case of BPU, it is the project that he is in charge of. It's working so well.]

BPU attracted investors, saying, "We have developed a technology to search 3 billion SNS accounts worldwide."

I advertised that I was preparing for the listing on the NASDAQ in the United States, but it was different.

Subsequently, a prosecution investigation revealed that Lee Cheol, ValueInvest Korea's representative was involved in BPU investment fraud, and sentenced him to imprisonment for two years and six months in February.

Lee was imprisoned and imprisoned in October 2015 and was involved in BPU investment fraud through an attorney.

We recruited Value's recruitment plan to recruit BPU investors.

Based on Value's recruitment plan, BPU Holdings received a total of KRW 61.9 billion from 5,400 people.

Twenty-two victims went to civil action, and the court ruled that BPU and representative Lee Chul jointly reimburse 400 million won.

[Lee Sung-Hoo Lawyer/Investor Victim Agent: If you recruit (investment funds), most of them will be loaned to Value. Defendant Lee Cheol-do acknowledged the responsibility for joint misconduct because the court judged it to be related.]

Civil responsibility is also recognized, and other victims' lawsuits against this representative are expected to follow.
