Dubai Airports said that with the gradual growth in the number of passengers and flights through Dubai International Airport, passengers should communicate permanently with the airlines to make sure of their terminal in the cases of departure or arrival, as some airlines may change the arrival stations at times.

Dubai airports called on travelers to use the appropriate personal protection methods (masks and gloves) and to reach the airport no less than two hours but not more than four hours before their flight to allow time for any additional examination procedures. In order to maintain public safety and physical distance requirements, travelers who do not have confirmed travel tickets, passengers who do not have adequate protection and passengers who arrive at the airport more than 4 hours before their flight are not allowed to enter the airport terminals.

Precautions continue throughout the airport to maintain the health and safety of customers and employees. These measures include protective screened glass upon check-in and passport ports, remote thermal examination, manual temperature examination, physical spacing marks, and increased sterilization levels according to international standards established by the relevant authorities.
