  The "Notice" pointed out that the Agricultural Development Bank of Guizhou Meitan County Sub-branch issued a total of 200 million yuan to a company on July 30 and October 31, 2018 for the project of "Improving Rural Human Settlements in the Central Area of ​​Meitan County". . On July 25, 2018, Meitan County Sub-branch required the borrower to issue a letter of undertaking to purchase insurance under the agency of the Bank as a condition for loan issuance. On December 5, 2018, the borrower purchased the insurance products of Huaan Property Insurance Company Zunyi Subsidiary, which was represented by the Meitan County Sub-branch.   "Notice" pointed out that in the above cases, the relevant banks violated the "Commercial Bank Service Price Management Measures" and other regulations and systems.
