It is planned that by 2025, the total area of the wheat, corn, cotton and specialty crop production bases will reach 419.68 Ten thousand mu. The "four million acres" seed production base involves 1,292 villages in 70 counties (cities, districts) in 12 prefectures (cities), and the regional layout has been refined to villages.
The seed production base project will also build 60 regional improved seed breeding bases to enhance the improved seed supply capacity of wheat, corn, cotton and special crops.
