As a result, the number of people in Tokyo at 3:00 pm on the 19th increased by 16.4% at Terminal 2 and 10.5% at Terminal 1 of Haneda Airport compared to the previous day.

Although it seems that the self-restraint of migration across prefectures was lifted, it is only about half of the average weekday from mid-January to mid-February before the spread of infection.

On the other hand, compared to the previous day, in central Tokyo, it increased by 2.2% around Tokyo Station, increased by 0.5% around Ginza Station and Shinjuku Station, and decreased by 2.8% around Shibuya Center Street.

Compared with before infection spread, it is about 60 to 80%.

In addition, in the three prefectures of the Tokyo metropolitan area and Hokkaido, compared with the previous day, it decreased by 1.3% around Omiya station, 1.2% around Yokohama station, and 1% around Chiba station, while 5.5% around Sapporo station. The number has increased to 80% to 90% before the spread of infection.

Also, compared to the previous day, it increased by 3.5% around Nagoya station, 1.4% around Umeda station in Osaka and 6.7% around Tenjin in Fukuoka.
