The guidelines adjust the risk classification standards for international flights, increase the correction scores for negative certificates for passenger nucleic acid tests, and encourage the promotion of remote nucleic acid tests. The guide adds interactive collaboration between passengers and transportation companies, details on-board service content and notes on crew rest areas, also removes the transportation airport risk grading, and increases the prevention and control measures at the airport's different personnel density.
