The ministry clarified, in a statement yesterday, that the system allows offering practices and tenders, according to the procedures regulating them, and conducting technical and financial evaluation and final awarding operations, through the system, in addition to enabling suppliers to deliver invoices in an automated manner through the suppliers portal, where the authorities accredit them And the completion of the payment procedures without the need for any manual procedure, indicating that the average billing period from the date the invoice was submitted by the supplier until the payment reached five days.

The Ministry indicated that it added properties to the system, which allow monitoring the completion of the completion of the supplier's invoices in the relevant financial department of each federal entity at a specific time, and in the event of any delay, escalation is made against the late person, to ensure that the supplier's entitlement arrives in the fastest time.

It indicated that upon the completion of auditing and approval of invoices, the amount of the invoice will be transferred directly through the treasury system to the central bank, and from it to the supplier’s account in the banks, and once the amount has been transferred, he will be notified by a letter to his e-mail. And if the supplier faces any problem, he can communicate with the specialists in the Ministry of Finance, through the central technical support system.
