There will be no drop in compensation for short-time working workers or decrease in support for companies on July 1, said the Ministry of Labor on Monday, in response to various press reports and government statements.

"The information according to which the compensation of the employees in partial activity would pass to 60% of the crude (against 70% today, note ) on July 1 is inaccurate," informed the Ministry of Labor Monday. "There will be no change in compensation for employees in partial activity on July 1," the ministry said in a message to the press. "No change either for companies on July 1," added the entourage of Muriel Pénicaud. Employers must already cover 15% of the cost of short-time working since June 1.
