The nightclubs do not have for the moment no indication on their possibilities of reopening. After Emmanuel Macron's speech on the new phase of deconfinement, some discotheque owners feel forgotten.

Not a word from Emmanuel Macron on the nightclubs. "Inevitably, we feel a little forgotten," laments Arnaud Perrine, president of the Glazart association, which owns a club in Porte de la Villette, in Paris. While the President of the Republic advocated the return of the French art of living in his address on Sunday, the nightclubs do not seem destined to reopen, unlike cafes and restaurants.

"We are still not trusted"

For Arnaud Perrine, going to a club is not much more risky than other activities. "When we see a little bit of gestures on construction sites, things like that, taking the temperature of people at the entrance, putting on a mask and putting on gel,  a priori , we are completely capable of doing By cons, actually, when you get on a plane and you are glued to each other, Air France looks more capable than us, "he asserts. Suffering from the closure of night establishments, he deplores having "really no prospect" on its reopening.

He recalls that in his club, "we almost do police searches with people passing by, we look at the bags" and deplores that despite this, "we are still not trusted. We are not able a priori for them to manage this kind of things." If he understands the precautions taken during confinement, Arnaud Perrine judges that they are no longer on the agenda. "When everyone is confined, that everyone is in the same boat, we can understand. When now, we say 'yes, that is possible, but that, less', no."
