The company "Karim", the digital platform for participatory transport, launched yesterday the "Super App" application, which unifies its services in one platform, in addition to electronic payment services.

The co-founder and CEO of Karim, Muddassir Sheikha, said that the new application is commensurate with the pandemic conditions of "Corona", and was launched in many countries where the company operates.

He added: "By the end of this June, an expanded set of services will be available to the 33 million users and 1.7 million captain in 13 countries and more than 100 cities."

He explained that the application allows customers to obtain multiple services via one platform, and also saves them time to re-enter data, as it will provide services such as ordering a private taxi, RTA taxis, food delivery, goods delivery from commercial stores, transferring money, and returning Charging the mobile phone.

He revealed that «Karim» expanded the services of the rewards program, as the customer can currently obtain reward points for each trip, request for any of the available services, and exchange the reward points with discounts on trips, food, or partner services, or donate them to charitable institutions.

He added that the application will achieve multiple benefits for workers in the company's delivery sector, and will enable merchants and sales outlets to partner with Karim, to provide their products and services, as well as expand their business and improve their logistical capabilities.

Uber CEO Dara Khusrawshahi said that any customer can use Careem PAY electronic payment service in a safe way, and people can transfer the balance to family and friends or split the bill easily.
