"The real estate agent is happy when things go wrong in a couple"

With the health crisis, there was, of course, "a shutdown of real estate for two months", during the period of confinement. In any case, Stéphane Plaza notes that there are "more and more mandates and that it is selling very well". The confinement would thus have served as an accelerator for the couples. Those for whom it went very well "want to grow". And there are some for whom things have gone less well, "but for a real estate agent, that's very good! In short, "the real estate agent is happy when things go wrong in a couple" jokes the host. The boom in telework will also encourage the search for housing that can afford it in good conditions.
