Peugeot 308 - DR

Elected car of the year 2013, the Peugeot 308 remains a safe bet in the compact segment in the face of much younger competition. No need to review it in depth, especially since its descendant should arrive in about 18 months. La Sochalienne is therefore satisfied with the minimum service for this new vintage, with new designs of 16 and 17 inch rims and a Bleu Vertigo shade. A Black Pack incorporates many elements in shiny black chrome, in particular for the radiator grille, the roof bars or the side window frames.

i-Digital Cockpit, finally!

On board, the 308 is now trading its analog meters for the digital i-Cockpit. Already offered on Peugeot SUVs, as well as on the 508 sedan and the latest 208, it offers a customizable display on a 10-inch diagonal panel, and incorporates the latest graphic evolutions appeared on the 2008 and 208.

Engine range slightly revised

No major upheaval on the mechanical side, except the disappearance of the 2.0 HDI 180 hp engine from the catalog. The Peugeot 308 therefore always leaves the choice between the 1.2 PureTech petrol engines of 110 or 130 hp, or 1.5 BlueHDI of 100 or 130 hp. The 130 hp versions can receive the EAT8 automatic transmission. At the top of the range, the GTi is renewed, still powered by a 1.6l which now develops 263 hp. Note that with CO2 emissions limited to 169 g / km, the latter suffers from a rather contained penalty, of € 2,049 in 2020.
