According to the government, the national plan costs 5 trillion rubles, including measures of three packages, Kudrin said.

“2.8 trillion rubles were pledged for 2020, of which 133 billion were allocated for events that were not included in the previous packages, and 2.4 trillion rubles were pledged for 2021, of which about 300 billion rubles were new measures,” he said in conversation with TASS.

He noted that the national plan added about 430 billion rubles of support for two years.

As previously reported, the nationwide economic recovery plan for Russia includes three phases.

Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin asked in the near future to finalize the draft plan and take into account the results of industry meetings with President Vladimir Putin.
