His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, accompanied by His Excellency Saeed Mohammed Al Tayer, inspected the progress of construction works for the fourth stage, in the presence of Ahmed Butti Al Muhairbi, Secretary-General of the Supreme Council of Energy in Dubai, and the Executive Vice-Presidents of the Dubai Electricity and Water Authority, and a number of its officials.
