China News Service, June 8, according to the Ministry of Commerce's Trade Remedy and Investigation Bureau website, April 4, 2019, in response to applications from Hanwha Q CELLS & Advanced Materials of South Korea and Hanwha Q CELLS of the United States, the International Trade Commission (ITC) decided Initiated a 337 investigation on China Photovoltaic Cells and Products Containing Same. Seven Chinese companies including Jinko Energy Co., Ltd. and Longji Green Energy Technology Co., Ltd. were involved in the case.

  On June 3, 2020, ITC made a final ruling on the case, determined that the above-mentioned products produced by the involved companies such as China Jinko Energy Co., Ltd. and Longji Green Energy Technology Co., Ltd. were not infringing, and terminated the investigation procedure of the case.
