According to the publication, the idea is being developed to establish a reward ceiling at the level of the three minimum earnings of the Prime Minister, that is, no more than 30 million rubles a year.

Exceptions are expected to be possible, but only by individual decision of the President of Russia. 

As noted in the material, the Cabinet intends to generally optimize and unify payments to top managers, linking them to a short list of performance indicators (KPI).

Earlier, Russian leader Vladimir Putin said that he raised the issue of salaries of the leadership of state-owned companies in communication with managers.
