A closely derived version of the BMW 3 Series, the 4 Series has just been unveiled in its Coupé version. What immediately strikes you at the sight of the images is the disproportionate size of the famous beans, a trend of the latest BMW models which here reaches its peak.
Launched in France next October, the 4 Series will be available with 6 mechanics already seen elsewhere in the range: 420i (184 hp), 430i (258 hp), M440i (374 hp), 420d (190 hp), 430d (286 hp) and M440d (340 hp). All these versions will be fitted as standard with the 8-speed automatic transmission, light 48V hybridization (except 420i and 430i), and all will be available with the xDrive all-wheel drive. As usual at BMW, many options will enhance the dynamism of the car, such as the controlled suspension or the reinforced brakes.
