“The expected volume of lost federal budget oil and gas revenues associated with the excess of the base oil price over the actual price is forecasted in June 2020 in the amount of 145.5 billion rubles,” the ministry said in a statement.
As specified, the total deviation of actually received income from the expected volume amounted to 58.2 billion rubles.
