Meraas has launched a new service that allows customers to place orders from stores and receive their orders from specific pick-up locations from their cars through City Walk, La Mer and The Beach.

The "dock" service allows customers to receive orders from their favorite stores with little waiting time through a simple, three-step process without contact:

The customer makes the order with the store through one of the points of purchase (website, phone call, or online application). After that, an employee from the store will call the customer to confirm the order and inform him of the time and place of receiving the order.

When the customer reaches the agreed site, he calls the store via his preferred method of communication - phone call, WhatsApp, text message, etc. - then inform the store of the vehicle type details, color, and registration number.

The store employee brings the order to the customer’s car, who pays the order in a non-cash way.

In line with Meraas commitment to implement all measures imposed by the government to protect the health and well-being of its employees and customers across all destinations, receiving points will also be sterilized as part of the continuous sterilization cycle that takes place every two hours in all Meraas destinations.
