The circular indicated that public beaches are closed and not available to the public, but it is possible to provide food and beverages, and to allow restaurants, cafes and food carts to resume their activities provided that the instructions are followed.
He stressed that entry to the beaches is only allowed for hotel guests, while external and non-hotel guests cannot purchase entrance tickets to the beaches, which can be reopened with a capacity of 50% to preserve social distance.
