Sarah Al-Tamimi said: “I got a BA in law from the UAE University in 2007, and I got a certificate practicing law in 2013, with honors, and a graduate of the Emirates government’s Leadership Program, and I got three advanced professional diplomas from the program, which is the diploma of a government performance expert in general 2014, Diploma in Looking Ahead in 2017, and Diploma in Government Accelerators 2019 ».

She added, “I have a number of other experiences and skills. She is an accredited resident and international arbitrator from the European Institute for Quality Management in the field of institutional excellence and a chief auditor of the quality management system, and I was awarded (Ambassador of Grace Preservation) by the Emirates Red Crescent Authority for the years 2018 and 2019, and I supervised On preparing the authority’s strategy for the years 2014-2016 and 2017-2021. I hold an honorary doctorate in the field of social responsibility, in addition to many professional certificates.

She continued: «I started my career in the Insurance Authority since 2011, at the Office of Strategy and the Future as the first employee appointed to the office, and graduated in the career ladder until I reached the first specialist of strategic planning and management of institutional performance, and currently I chair many work teams, including the Tolerance Committee, Customer Councils, Knowledge Management, Occupational Health and Safety and Quality and Excellence Team ».

She added: “My goal is to prove to the world that Emirati women are an example to be followed in giving, taking and accomplishing in the UAE, where trade and industry flourishes and flourishes, and cultural and social fields.
