The growth rate changed from negative to positive. Crude oil imports fell, and international crude oil prices fluctuated at a low level. In April, imported crude oil was 40.43 million tons, a year-on-year decrease of 7.5%. From January to April, the imported crude oil was 167.61 million tons, a year-on-year increase of 1.7%.
