In this context, Minister Kajiyama, taking into account that some countries have regulated exports of medical supplies and the like due to the spread of new coronavirus worldwide, take such measures to prevent adverse effects on the world economy. We called for it to be important to release it as soon as possible.

According to a report released by the World Trade Organization in April, the World Trade Organization requires measures to regulate the export of medical supplies such as masks, goggles, and protective clothing in 80 countries and regions around the world. There is concern that it will not reach the country.

Minister Kajiyama also suggested that the use of digital technology as a measure to prevent the spread of infection is becoming more important, and accelerated the rule making for transactions on the Internet.
