　　During the tea picking season, in the tea garden of Baishiling, Wushi Town, Qiongzhong, Li, and Miao Autonomous County, Hainan, the tea ridges undulate along with the terrain, and the tender green shoots are packed with the branches of the tea branches. At the Lingtou Tea Factory under the mountain, Fu Xiaoqin, the representative of the National People's Congress and Haikou Wuzhishan Tea Group Lingtou Tea Factory's "High-Scent Tea Class", is leading the workers to make tea.

　　Fu Xiaoqin has been dealing with tea for 20 years. From "Tea Xiaobai" who has no knowledge of tea, to the famous local tea expert, Fu Xiaoqin said that he relies on "willing to endure hardship and be innovative."

　　"I married Qiongzhong at the age of 24 and entered the Lingtou Tea Factory as a tea maker. I didn't understand tea, so I started from a zero basis and learned slowly with my teacher." Fu Xiaoqin learned hard and learned to make tea in a few years craft.

　　At that time, as an old tea factory, the tea produced by Lingtou Tea Factory was quite popular. In the 1990s, affected by factors such as the market, the factory's tea processing volume dropped sharply, and production and management were once in trouble. Starting in 2009, the tea factory plans to develop new products and enter the market again, establishing a research and development team called "High-Fragrant Tea Class". Fu Xiaoqin, who has outstanding tea-making skills, was selected as the class leader.

　　In the early days of R & D, the tea factory was under tight funding and its equipment was few and old. Fu Xiaoqin said that in order to explore a set of feasible processing technology, they use a small amount of tea green raw materials as a test every day, using different temperatures to kill green, twist, ferment, bake, and review the product, etc. , Working in the workshop for more than 10 hours a day, sweating hot under high temperature.

　　Fu Xiaoqin and his team overcame the technical difficulties of tea processing in rainy days, high temperature and dry weather, and developed a batch of new high-end tea products such as "Bai Ma Junhong" and "Bai Ma Wuzhu" one year later to realize the tea product structure from a single low-quality to a diversified change. These new products are favored by the market, allowing enterprises to turn around losses and increase profits, and the income of employees has doubled. In 2019, the "White Horse Junhong" developed by its team won the China Tea Cluster Brand Alliance Black Tea Super Single Product Award, filling the gap of Hainan's high-end black tea.

　　As the product was introduced, the Wuzhishan tea brand gradually started. Fu Xiaoqin was named "Model Worker of Hainan Province" and "Advanced Individual in the National Agricultural and Rural System". In 2018, he was elected as a representative of the National People's Congress.

　　In 2019, Fu Xiaoqin developed innovative black tea cakes, white tea cakes and other products. At her suggestion, the tea factory implemented land reclamation and cooperation to expand the tea garden. The industry helped the poor by absorbing more than 50 local farmers who were responsible for planting and picking tea seedlings, and promoted the employment of poor households.

　　During the epidemic this year, Fu Xiaoqin proposed to use actions to support the fight against "epidemic disease" in the process of resuming production and reinvigorating production, and led the members of the "High Fragrant Tea Class" to pick the first spring tea and donate the labor remuneration from the sale of tea picked on that day Give the frontline work of epidemic prevention and control.
