The company confirmed in a statement yesterday, that this acquisition - subject to the approval of the relevant regulatory authorities - will contribute to expanding the scope of «ADQ Holding» investments, and strengthening them in the field of agricultural food, which also includes its investments in both “Foods” and “Al Foah” , And Sallal Company.

It is noteworthy that the “Dhahirah” company, which is headquartered in Abu Dhabi, specializes in growing, producing and selling feed and food commodities and managing the supply chain in all its stages.

The “phenomenon” exists in more than 20 countries, and its products meet the needs of more than 45 markets around the world, and the company employs 5,000 employees.

Al Dhahirah also owns shares in three flour milling plants, which have an annual production capacity of 500,000 tons in Greece and Bulgaria.
