The General Administration of Customs pointed out that in the special period when the global epidemic continues to spread, in order to deepen international cooperation in the prevention and control of the epidemic and jointly respond to the global public health crisis, the General Administration of Customs resolutely implements the decision-making and deployment of the Party Central Committee and the State Council, comprehensively strengthens the quality control of export epidemic prevention materials, and strictly Regulate export order. For the anti-epidemic materials seized in the export link that are mildewed, damaged, contaminated, exceeded the shelf life, and unqualified through laboratory testing of quality and safety items, the customs shall, in addition to administrative penalties in accordance with the law, be transferred to the judicial organ for criminal responsibility in accordance with criminal filing standards.
