According to the staff of the Suzhou High-tech Zone Management Committee, Kaike (Suzhou) Trading Co., Ltd. was established in the area in January 2020, with a total investment of 1.266 billion yuan (about 180 million US dollars) and a registered capital of 422 million yuan ( (About 60 million US dollars). In the future, a large membership storage warehouse with a construction area of more than 50,000 square meters will be built.
According to the planning plan, the total land of the Suzhou Store Project of Kaishike Supermarket is 33343.4 square meters, the capacity-building area is 51617.9 square meters; the floor area ratio is 1.55; the number of motor vehicles is 1,055; and the building height is 22 meters.
