According to Siluanov, 200 billion rubles will be allocated to support health care and sanitary-epidemiological measures, and more than 250 billion rubles to social assistance to the population, including unemployment benefits.

“Support for sectors of the economy (primarily SMEs) - about 800 more (billion rubles - RT ), support for the regions - about 200 (billion rubles -  RT ); balance of extra-budgetary funds - more than 400 billion (rubles -  RT ), ”the minister added.

Earlier, Siluanov commented on the idea of ​​direct “distribution” of funds to the population in the context of the pandemic of the coronavirus infection COVID-19.

The government also instructed the regions to allocate 2 billion rubles in subsidies to support small and medium-sized businesses against the backdrop of the coronavirus pandemic.
