In a letter to its clients, Nakheel Real Estate Development Company has stated that it has exempted them from delaying payment of services fees.

Last March, Nakheel announced a 230 million dirham economic aid package for its customers to reduce and mitigate the negative effects of the emerging corona virus crisis, known scientifically as "Covid 19".
The economic assistance package announced by Nakheel aims to help reduce the financial burdens faced by companies and individuals in light of the current global challenges, and among the aid announced by the company is to reduce the cooling fees for regions by 10% for a period of three months, for residential and commercial facilities.
