Ssangyong Motor's last remaining workers returned to the factory in 11 years. However, as the management difficulties prolonged, the road ahead of Ssangyong Motor was not green.

last 35 survivors of Ssangyong Motor stood in front of the Pyeongtaek factory.

It has been four months and ten years and eleven months since the reinstatement scheduled for January this year has been postponed again due to company management difficulties.

In the past three years, India's Mahindra Group, a major shareholder of a cumulative deficit of more than 400 billion won, has also withdrawn its funding plan of 230 billion won.

Since the end of last year, all employees have been struggling with belts such as returning wages and bonuses, but it is difficult to guarantee survival without funding from creditors.

Nevertheless, the message left by Ssangyong Motor is clear.

'Easy dismissal' means leaving irreversible conflict and hurt.

After the layoffs, 30 workers and their families died of trauma and end themselves.
