To that, data for the center showed that the total number of completed buildings in Dubai by the end of last year amounted to 160 thousand and 128 buildings, including about 149 thousand in urban areas, and about 11 thousand in rural areas.
The number of investment villa buildings reached 77 thousand and 802 villas, accounting for 48.59% of the total number of completed buildings in the emirate by the end of 2019, followed by private villas registered 42 thousand and 743 villas, with a share of 26.69%.
