“In order to remove barriers in the mutual supply of personal protective equipment in the union (in the spirit of the agreements of the leaders of the EAEU countries), the Russian government decided to cancel the national ban while maintaining the union,” RIA Novosti was told in the ministry.

On May 3, the Russian government lifted a temporary ban on the export of personal protective equipment and masks.

The ban was introduced in early March, it concerned masks, some disinfectants and antiviral agents, protective respirators and glasses, shoe covers and a number of other products.
