Etisalat today announced the launch of Easy Prepaid, which allows business customers to enjoy the benefits of prepaid plans within their current postpaid package.

Thanks to this dynamic merging of benefits, customers can now take advantage of prepaid packages without having to replace the existing mobile phone number, as they can recharge the balance, and subscribe to additional features available within the prepaid packages tariff.

In detail, the Easy Prepaid feature allows employees who hold business packages with the invoice line to make personal calls separately, by moving to the prepaid line without the need to replace the mobile SIM, in the event that the balance allocated in the current business package expires. This feature also benefits customers who subscribe to business packages and who do not have international calls on their business package. In addition to the ability to make domestic and international calls with a separate balance, this distinctive feature enables employees to subscribe to additional prepaid packages and pay parking fees for m-parking and other services.

Commenting on this, Essam Mahmoud, Senior Vice President of Small and Medium Enterprises at Etisalat said: “The launch of the Easy Prepaid service contributes to strengthening our permanent commitment to provide flexible offers that suit our customers’ changing needs during these current circumstances. Business packages on Postpaid line enjoy a unique offer that provides them with more flexibility and ease while using the same mobile number for personal use. "

Customers can easily recharge the balance through one of the available methods to recharge the balance for Wasel Line, Etisalat Business App or digital banking applications.

Once the balance is recharged, customers can transfer the account from the billing line to the Easy Prepaid flexible subscription by dialing * 124 #, to be able to make calls, text messages, use the data and subscribe to the additional benefits.
