Web site of a huge IT company 40% of advertisers “Problem with contract content” April 28 19:18

According to a survey conducted by the Fair Trade Commission of companies that advertise on the websites of giant IT companies such as Google and Yahoo, and advertising agencies, about 40% say that they cannot change the contract contents at their own will. As a result, I found that I was having problems with the contract.

The Fair Trade Commission conducted a questionnaire survey on digital advertising as part of a survey on the actual conditions of giant IT companies.

Out of more than 300 companies such as advertisers and advertising agencies who responded, the percentage of those who answered "There are regulations that include problematic and problematic content" regarding the contract content of advertising, ▽ "Google" suppliers are 47.4%, ▽ "Yahoo" was 43.3%,
▽ "Facebook" was 40.2%, ▽ "Twitter" was 38.1%, ▽ "LINE" was 35.1%, and ▽ "Other" was 47.6%.

The reason for the problems and issues is that many companies replied, "The contract contents are uniform and cannot be changed based on the company's intention."

Based on the interim report, the Fair Trade Commission intends to further investigate whether the IT company has unilaterally changed the contract content and is not unfairly disadvantaged to its business partners.
